法人地位 / Entity Status

明確化: ORDL は独立した民間組織です。 CLARIFICATION: ORDL is an independent private organization. 米国政府機関・連邦請負業者ではありません。 We are not a U.S. Government agency or federal contractor. 政府との協力を模索している独立法人です。 We are an independent entity seeking collaboration with government.

利用規定 / Acceptable Use

許可される活動 / Permitted Activities

• 合法的研究開発活動 • Lawful research and development activities • 教育・学習目的の利用 • Educational and learning purposes • 科学技術の進歩への貢献 • Contributing to scientific and technological advancement • 協力的研究プロジェクト • Collaborative research projects

禁止される活動 / Prohibited Activities

• 違法行為・犯罪活動 • Illegal activities or criminal conduct • 機密情報の不正アクセス • Unauthorized access to classified information • システムへの攻撃・妨害 • Attacks on or disruption of systems • 知的財産権の侵害 • Intellectual property violations

研究ガイドライン / Research Guidelines

すべての研究は倫理的に実施されなければなりません。 All research must be conducted ethically. 適用される法律・規制の遵守。 Compliance with applicable laws and regulations. 人体実験にはIRB承認が必要。 Human subjects research requires IRB approval. データ保護・プライバシー尊重。 Respect for data protection and privacy.

知的財産 / Intellectual Property

研究者は自身の研究に対するクレジットを保持。 Researchers retain credit for their work. オープンサイエンス原則の促進。 Promoting open science principles. 特許は公衆利益保護のため。 Patents for protecting public interest. 知識の自由な共有を支持。 Supporting free sharing of knowledge.

責任制限 / Liability Limitation

サービスは「現状のまま」提供されます。 Service provided "as is" without warranties. ORDL は間接的損害に対して責任を負いません。 ORDL not liable for indirect damages. 利用者は自己責任でサービスを利用。 Users participate at their own risk. 適用法で許可される範囲での制限。 Limitations to extent permitted by law.

政府機関との関係 / Government Interaction

ORDL は政府機関との協力を模索中。 ORDL is exploring collaboration with government agencies. 将来の契約は別途合意の対象。 Future contracts subject to separate agreements. 現在は独立した民間組織として運営。 Currently operating as independent private organization. 政府の権限・免責を主張しません。 We do not claim government authority or immunity.

サービス終了 / Service Termination

規約違反時のアカウント停止権。 Right to suspend accounts for terms violations. 利用者は何時でもアカウント削除可能。 Users may delete accounts at any time. 終了時のデータ処理方針。 Data handling upon termination. 継続する責任の明確化。 Clarification of continuing obligations.

準拠法 / Governing Law

本規約は米国法に準拠。 These terms governed by United States law. 紛争は適切な管轄裁判所で解決。 Disputes resolved in courts of proper jurisdiction. 分離可能性条項適用。 Severability clause applies. 規約の修正は事前通知。 Terms modifications with advance notice.
